President (April 2013)    Richard Heim Board President Richard Heim is a 25-year resident of Lombard.  He was elected to the board in April 2009.  Heim is a vice president of business development at Advocate Good Samaritan Hospital.  Heim earned a bachelor’s degree from Loras College in Dubuque, Iowa and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Lewis University in Romeoville. He and his wife have four children.  Heim is president of the Glenbard East Athletic Booster Club, Board Member of Midwest Center for Day Surgery in Downers Grove and former Board Member for the Lombard Chamber of Commerce. Vice President (April 2015)    Rose Malcolm Board  Vice President Rose Malcolm is a 26-year resident of Carol Stream. She was elected to the board in 1999 and re-elected in 2003, 2007 and 2011. Malcolm is a retirement housing professional at Peace Memorial Manor in Downers Grove. Malcolm earned undergraduate and graduate degrees in elementary education and special education from the University of Illinois. She and her husband have three children, all graduates of Glenbard North High School. Malcolm is active with Public Action to Deliver Shelter (PADS) at St. Luke Parish. Member (April 2013)    Robert Friend Board member Robert Friend is a 31-year resident of Lombard.  He was elected to the board in April 2009. Friend is a power mechanic with United Parcel Service.  He and his wife Susan have two daughters,who are Glenbard East graduates. Friend is a member of the Lombard Area Chamber of Commerce and Industry; Tri-Town YMCA Board of Directors and the Men’s Club at First United Methodist Church of Lombard. He is a former member of the Lombard District 44 Board of Education.   Member (April 2013)    F. Thomas Voltaggio Board member F. Thomas Voltaggio was elected to the Board of Education in April 2005 and re-elected in April 2009. Voltaggio, a 45-year resident of Glen Ellyn, is a Glenbard graduate. He and his wife have four children. Voltaggio earned a bachelor's degree in electrical engineering and history from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and a juris doctorate from IIT-Chicago Kent College of Law. Voltaggio is senior vice president for Environmental Systems Design, Inc. in Chicago. Member (April 2013)    Yadav Nathwani Board member Yadav Nathwani is a 26-year resident of Glen Ellyn.  He was elected to the board in April 2009. Nathwani is a graduate of Glenbard South High School.  He earned a bachelor’s degree in social science and an MBA in finance from Benedictine University. His community involvement includes the Milton Township Republican Central Committee, DuPage Young Republicans, Glen Ellyn Jaycees, Civic Betterment Party, Milton Township CERT and a Committeeman for Precinct 60 in Milton Township. Member (April 2015)    Thomas Trefilek Tom Trefilek, a resident of Lombard, was elected to the board in 2007.  He and his wife Cherie have three sons and a daughter. Trefilek has a bachelor’s degree in commerce from DePaul University and a master’s degree from George Williams College. He has 20 years of experience as an instructor and coach at local colleges. Trefilek is with Ortho-Med Services Inc., distributor of Orthopedic and Sports Medicine Products. Member (April 2015)    Mary Ozog Mary FitzGerald Ozog was elected to the Board of Education in April 2011. She is a graduate of the University of Michigan and studied Urban Planning at the University of Illinois. She has four children and three are now Glenbard West graduates. Mary and her family have lived in Glen Ellyn for 25 years.
