Administrative Procedure – Student Bulletin and Posted Materials
Student Bulletins
A. A bulletin shall be prepared daily to disseminate information to students. The following guidelines regarding the daily student bulletin shall be observed:
1. Announcements must be submitted to the appropriate administrative office by the designated time prior to the day the announcement is to be made.
2. Announcements must be signed by the responsible sponsor/teacher.
3. Announcements shall pertain only to school-sponsored clubs and/or school sponsored activities. Announcements of any other nature must be approved by the Building Principal.
4. Announcements shall be brief, clearly stated, and to the point. Announcements pertaining to only a few students will not be accepted.
5. Announcements shall be limited to one per day per student-sponsored activity.
Posted Materials
A. Posted materials pertaining to school-sponsored clubs and/or school sponsored activities shall conform to the guidelines of the Building Principal.
B. Posted material pertaining to non school-sponsored clubs and/or activities must be approved by the Building Principal. The number, location, and duration of such posters shall be determined by the Building Principal.
