Community Relations
Administrative Procedure – Conduct at Interscholastic Events
Any District student, faculty member, or employee who engages in prohibited conduct, as previously
set forth, may be subject to the following penalties:
A. Immediate ejection form the District property.
B. No admittance as a spectator to future interscholastic events for up to 1 year, provided that in
such instance the student, faculty member, or employee will be given written notice within 10
days of the violation and a hearing will be held by the Board to consider the violation.
C. Written reprimand, which shall be included in the official file regarding such individual.
D. In the case of students, exclusion from participating in the future interscholastic events.
Written notice of the appeal may be filed with the Superintendent within 10 days of the penalty
imposition. The Superintendent may appoint an administrator to review the case and report to him.
The Superintendent shall make the final decision as to the penalty imposition.
