Community Relations
Public Concerns and Suggestions
The Board of Education and its individual members shall not act directly upon any complaint
concerning school matters. Such complaints will be handled in accordance with the complaint
procedure developed by the Superintendent and, in accordance with such procedure; the decision of
the Superintendent will be final.
This policy shall not be construed to prohibit anyone from addressing the Board of Education on
items of concern provided that any comments at School Board meetings must be presented at a time
and in the manner established by the Board of Education.
