Instruction
Administrative Procedure – Private Tutors
A. The Building Principal shall maintain a list of private tutors which may be made available to
parent(s)/guardian(s) upon request.
B. Parent(s)/guardian(s) shall make their own arrangements for private tutoring.
C. No teacher may tutor for compensation a student enrolled in his/her classes except for
homebound instruction and private music lessons. Private music lessons must be approved by the
Building Principal.
D. Tutoring for which compensation is received may not be conducted within any Glenbard High School,
except where such tutoring is authorized by the Building Principal.
