It has come to my attention that (describe misconduct in general terms). Accordingly, you are not to
be on the grounds of, or in, any Glenbard Township High School District 87 facility or at any activity
sponsored by the School District without my advance written permission. Your presence without
such permission will result in referral of the matter to law enforcement officials for prosecution to the
full extent of the law for trespass or violation of any other applicable law.
