NHS Winter Clothing Drive at East on Feb. 1
Glenbard East’s National Honor Society (NHS) is hosting a winter clothing drive on Saturday, Feb. 1. The clothing drive will be occurring during the East girls and boys home basketball games at 1 p.m. and 2:30 p.m., respectively.
NHS is collecting new and gently used winter wear, including coats, hats, gloves, scarves, boots, socks and hoodies. By bringing an item, you will receive free admission to the basketball game and an entry into a raffle for the chance to win a gift card. All items will be donated to Ann’s Closet and The Outreach House.
Congratulations to boys bowling state qualifiers
Congratulations to the following students who qualified for the IHSA boys bowling state final tournament: Glenbard East students Zack Poling, Geovonni Clayton, Landon Giron, Justin Kay, Thomas Benka and Josh Roimicher.
