Teen improv event to improve communication and teamwork skills
Summer is a great time for teens to try something outside their comfort zone. Navigating unfamiliar situations will help them grow in adaptability and confidence.
Here to help is Reality Illinois – the Teen Board to the DuPage County Health Department. All high school students are invited to join and play an active role in supporting the health and well-being of their community. The next meeting is from 1-2 p.m. on Tuesday, July 22, at the Glenbard District Office (596 Crescent Blvd in Glen Ellyn). Students will participate in fun improv exercises to enhance active listening, bolster confidence and promote teamwork. No registration is required.
For the full summer and fall schedule, visit the Reality Illinois website. For more information, contact Glenbard District 87 Student and Community Projects Coordinator Gilda Ross, at [email protected] or 630-942-7668.
