Each student and their parent/guardian must read and sign this Agreement each year before being allowed to attend school.

1. I have read, understand, and agree to abide by all the information in Board policy 7:190 regarding student discipline.
2. I also understand that the Student Handbook, Board policy 7:190 regarding student discipline, and all other Board policies will remain in effect for one (1) calendar year from the date of signing. This includes winter break, spring break, and the summer months.  I acknowledge that I have access to the Board Policy 7:190 at https://boardpolicyonline.com/?b=glenbard_87&s=271333
3. I agree that I have received an electronic copy of the policy contained within my school’s student handbook as a PDF on my district issued electronic device.

To be read and signed by the parent/guardian of the student:

1. I am the parent/guardian of the above-named student. I have read the above Student Handbook Agreement and understand its terms. 
2. My electronic acknowledgement in the registration process indicates that I have read, understand, and agree to abide by the terms listed under Student Handbook Agreement.
