Southern Community Transition Site

The community-based transition programs offered by Glenbard are designed to support students with disabilities ages 18-22 who have completed their academic graduation requirements and are focusing on the development of skills in the following areas: employment, education, vocational and independent living.  

Students at the Southern Community-Based Transition Site in Lombard will be immersed within the community and have access to transportation, employment, vocational and independent living skills training.
