The community-based transition programs offered by Glenbard are designed to support students with disabilities ages 18-22 who have completed their academic graduation requirements and are focusing on the development of skills in the following areas: employment, education, vocational and independent living.
The Glenbard Southern Community-Based Transition Site located in Lombard is open for the 2021-22 school year. Students will be immersed within the community and have access to transportation, employment, vocational and independent living skills training.
